Although we would like to think we can quickly return to our Pre-Pregnancy selves, that is usually not the case.

Your body has been through a lot and there are hormones that linger after delivery, and accompanied with physical recovery or complications, getting back to a workout routine can take some time and often is slower than expected. It is important to be patient through all of the adjustments!

I want to help you find what works for your recovery and find empowerment in your life normal in life.

Sessions can be purchased as single or packaged for both postpartum and Baby & Me.
