Consultations are offered at no cost and are scheduled for 30 - 45 minutes for introduction, lifestyle establishment, and goal setting. In most situations, a movement screen can be conducted at this time to establish movement baselines.

Private and buddy sessions can be scheduled at client’s home, a safe and accessible outdoor location, or at a partnering gym facility.
Virtual sessions are also available and limited to private (one client at a time) sessions for safety considerations.

Goal setting is essential for success.
If you want to learn new movements or check your general form, you can opt for one day a week for one month (4-5 sessions). This will give time for evaluation, correction, repetition, and solidification or correct form.
For most goals, starting with 3 or 6 months will be a great place to start to establish patterns and habits. Sessions can be 1-3 times per week.

Yes, you can work out with a friend!
Buddy sessions are great for accountability and community.
However, every participant must have completed a consultation and appropriate paperwork prior to a workout session with me. Additional buddy session policy information can be provided.

Payment must be received prior to starting training sessions.

Yes! Virtual training sessions are much like in person sessions, but work well with busy schedules.
Specific exercises are generally not included in virtual training programing such as those needing spotting. Exercise areas must be kept clear of hazards, children, and pets.
Clients are expected to have a reliable internet connection, camera, microphone, and speaker.

Clients training at a facility will have access to all necessary equipment.
For in-home and virtual clients, the following are recommended:
Resistance band set (in good condition with no tears or rips)
Sliders (appropriate for the flooring in workout space)
Hand held weights (2-3 sets of light to medium weight)
